Inspired by 95-year-old Masters athlete Olga Kotelko, this challenge brings back the play to your fitness routine as you try new (or long forgotten) fitness activities. Combining positive psychology and vitality, you’ll reboot your vitality and exercise routines, and have fun doing it.
The Vitality Challenge helps you set and meet big goals as you step out of your comfort zone to try new things. It encourages fitness, community, goal setting, and character strengths development.
