Happiness Booster

Using one of your top character strengths for 7 days can boost your happiness level for up to 6 months and help guard against depression, according to research studies*. Connect with what naturally energizes you, boosts your happiness, and helps reconnects to your best self.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover your top character strengths and their benefits for better health, happiness, and success in all areas of life.
  • Identify your signature strengths.
  • Learn how to set up and complete the 7 day activity plan so you can boost your happiness and guard against depression at any time of the year.
  • Discover ways to savor the experience to multiply the positive effects.

Delivery Method:

Option 1: Self-paced

Option 2: Virtual group

*Research shows that using our signature strengths in a new way every day for as little as a week has been found to be the most effective intervention to increase happiness levels AND decrease depression, up to 6 months. (Seligman et al., 2005; Gander et al., 2013, and others) Those that are languishing the most, are the most likely to experience the greatest benefits.
